Multicord: The Angry Aerial Spaghetti - Anastasia Timina
The multi-corde is an interesting crossover apparatus between silks and rope that has unique textural elements when in motion. In this workshop we will go over the basics for multi-corde and explore its possibilities in sequences.

Intermediate Stilt walking- Staza Stone
Well aren't you just a tall glass of, um, circus! You've got your stilt legs on but now what? This class is for the stilt walker looking to literally step up their game! We will be covering a variety of drills to practice to make you comfortable, confident, and of course cool. Kicks! Squats! Spins! Oh my! This class will definitely challenge your balance while giving you the tools to conquer any stilt situation.

Invented Apparatus- Staza Stone
Is that a chair... in the air?? Whatever your mind can dream up can be transformed into an aerial apparatus. Come along with me to explore new shapes in the sky. This is for the adventurous mover who really loves exploring and flowing in the air. We will be working with several invented apparatus including the chair, mobi, keyhole, net, and 3d diamond (new apparatus alert!). We will be discovering the ways their uniqueness informs our movement. Be prepared to spend alot of time improvising and taking suggested cues for movement quality.

Fire Safety Course for Fire Performance- Duchess Lindy
Are you new to fire spinning or want to increase your fire safety knowledge? Would you like to take your fire or flow skills to the next level? Are you curious what it is like to manipulate various fire props?This comprehensive workshop is for you! Circus Duchess Lindy is a professional circus performer, instructor, and fire spinner. She has years of experience working with local Fire Authorities to bring safe fire entertainment before live audiences. Time for demonstration and unlit fire flow prop exploration time is included at the end. Workshop will cover:-fuels and fire triad, -clothing and fabrics, -safety tools and equipment for fire performance, -suppressing fires, -fire safety personnel, -permitting requirements and working with Fire Authorities, -Movement and exploration with various fire props (unlit): poi, fans, hoops, staff, dragon, dart, palm, torches, crowns.

Costuming for Aerialists: From Budget to Bespoke - Anastasia Timina
This workshop will be discussion and example focused. We will discuss fabrics, tools, and materials to create the aerial costumes of your dreams. From sewing from scratch to modifying existing clothing to just inspiring ideas for your next outfit, this workshop has you covered (in rhinestones). There are no prerequisites for this workshop but some of the information will be geared towards those with access to a sewing machine. I will provide lots of resources and examples of all that is discussed as well as time for questions and specific requests.

Teaching for Teachers: Progressions, Cues, and Adaptations for any aerial class - Anastasia Timina
This workshop focuses on how to break down and distribute information to students of all levels, how to determine what information is appropriate, and how to create progressions for any skill. We will learn how to create compelling class plans that will keep students progressing and finding success in even the most challenging of aerial classes and apparatuses. This workshop is great for new and experienced teachers as well as anyone who wants to learn how to better break down content for themselves. This class will include examples, guidelines, and discussion.

Up your acrobat level by increasing your tumbling abilities. Learn your next roll, handspring or flip! Focusing one general tumbling drills and technique to help you grow your body and air awareness.

This class is for students who have a significant baseline level of
flexibility and strength. We will begin to explore concepts of
contortion technique, and progressions for working toward
oversplits, deep backbends, and balances.

Texture & Depth - A Movement Quality Workshop - Janelle Dinosaur
Seventy percent of human communication is nonverbal. What
what do you want to communicate to your audience? In this
workshop, students will learn to use physicality, musicality, and
gesture to add purpose and interest to all your aerial performances.
We will examine Laban movement analysis as applied to aerial arts,
and students will learn exploratory activities they can use
throughout their careers to develop and fine tune their movement.

Partner Acro - Circus Foundry
Come learn the basics of dynamic standing partner acrobatic in this workshop. You will be working in groups where you will learn to base, fly, and spot appropriately for banquine and group acrobatics skills.
